Wild Atlantic Biker, based in Cork, Ireland, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We do not sell personal data or give it to other businesses for their own marketing. Contact us at george@wildatlanticbiker.com with any privacy question or request.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, group size, preferred month, and message. It is stored in our Supabase database and may be sent to George through Resend, our transactional email provider. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and take steps you request before a booking. If you become a customer, we may also need to retain booking and payment records to meet legal and accounting obligations.

When you join the newsletter

With your consent, we store your email address in Supabase and use it for occasional Wild Atlantic Biker updates. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to george@wildatlanticbiker.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

Security and analytics

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information such as IP address and browser signals to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. We use it because protecting the forms and our systems is a legitimate interest. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregate traffic and performance information without setting analytics cookies. Google Analytics runs only if it is configured and you choose to allow analytics cookies. See the cookies page for details and to change that choice.

Service providers and international transfers

We use Vercel for website hosting, aggregate analytics and performance monitoring; Supabase for form data; Resend for transactional email when configured; Cloudflare for form security; Sanity for website content; and — only with consent — optional Google Analytics. These providers process data for us under their own data-protection terms. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; where required, the provider uses an approved transfer safeguard such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Hosting and security providers also keep ordinary technical logs, including IP addresses, for reliability and abuse prevention.

How long we keep information

Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Customer records may be kept longer where tax, accounting, insurance, or legal requirements apply. Newsletter details are kept while you remain subscribed; after an unsubscribe request, we may keep only the minimum suppression record needed to make sure we do not email you again. Security and hosting logs follow the provider’s retention period.

Your rights

Under data-protection law you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, depending on the circumstances. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
